Performance Management Training

With the support of British Council, we are implementing the organizational development project called “Amatae” project. Under this project, we had being implementing many activities to ensure the organizational competency. Among these activities, we conducted the staff performance management training on 14th – 16th July 2015 in Yangon. The objective of the training is to equip staffs with necessary knowledge and skill on promoting the human resource management system of the organization.

There were about 30 staffs in total joined the training and the program advisor (volunteer), Anne Murrcy, facilitated as the resource person. She discussed about the definition of performance management, the differences between performance appraisal and performance management, objective setting, some skills required for performance management such as listening, questioning and so on. And then, we also practiced these skills by conducting the role play based on the scenario.
